The Institute’s General Approach and Testing Recommendations for Clients not Feeling Well
Clinical Signs of “Mal-being” and “Dis-ease”
When we coach clients who are not feeling well (1) or have major chronic blocages, we first listen to their malaise and mal-being’s (2) symptomatology (3) as well as to all of their complaints and requests. Thereafter, with the client’s active participation, we determine a course of coaching sessions and what they’ll cover.
If the client wants only one session, we will ask beforehand what he-or she wants to be coached on and for how long.
General Coaching Approach
During the entire coaching session, we help the Client to better understand biological mechanisms and root causes to diseases.
Thereafter, we help the client to find his or her best path to happiness because genuine health is more than the absence of diseases. (2)
We also teach how a client can self-empower by getting most of what the body physically needs through a Holistic and Mediterranean-based lifestyle and diet. When needed, we also help the client to acquire his or her own tests, supplements and other health and energy enhancing modality.
If the client thinks he or she may need a prescription drug or other conventional medical procedure, the Institute will never interfere with the client’s wishes.
But per legal and ethical duty called “informed consent”, we do offer the client all reasonable and scientifically based health-restoration options that we are aware of by informing the client, among other themes, of the toxic effects of many prescription drugs, most of which have led to millions of un-necessary Emergencies to hospitals and to over one hundred thousands (100,000) deaths each year in the United States from prescription drugs taken as prescribed. (4)
First Panel of Tests
If the client doesn’t have a precise diagnosis from a medical doctor, the Institute recommends one of two approaches. Either we teach them how to use kinesiology (muscle testing) so that they can better assess root causes to their mal-being or illness.
Or else, we ask them to order a complete panel of tests to screen for nutrient deficiency, GI pathologies, blood sugar imbalance, heavy metal toxicity, food intolerances, systemic inflammaton, Thyroid disorders and Lyme disease. We help the client to get these tests via his or her primary care physician or insurance. (5)
First General Life-style Changes.
Because most diseases are spurred by eight fundamental entropic disease mechanisms – toxemia, nutritional deficiencies, emotional trauma, bodily misalignment and-or physical nerve blockages, disorder within the body’s three signaling molecule systems, chronic stress, dysbiosis and “chi” disregulation -, we first share the Institute’s experience on how to understand the most relevant aspects of these possible causes for their condition.
Thereafter, the Institute expert outlines the General Homeostasis Restoration Plan and asks the client to start implementing the Institute’s preliminary Lifestyle modifications recommendations. The client usually has one week to start implemeting these.
A Personalized Homeostasis Restoration Plan of Action
For the second consultation, we fine-tune the personalized homeostasis restoration Plan according to the the client’s feedback and preliminary clinical results.
Among other modalities, we teach the client how to better activate the body’s major signaling molecules: hormones, neuro-transmitters and cytokines. (6) as well as the body’s metabolic detoxification system. To which we add, via teaching, exogenous detox techniques, immune-vitality boosing modalities and deep destressing techniques in order to help with reving up energy, metabolism and mitochondrial renewal. Thereafter, we recommend a third consultation one week later.
By the third week, most times, the healing process is well under way and the client may even be experiencing a “healing crisis” (7), which is a restoration mechanism that accelerates detoxification and homeostasis. But this healing crisis can be accompanied with some fever, fatigue and malaise given the die-off load (bad bacteria, endotoxins, cancer cells) and deleterious stored chemicals that the body’s innate intelligence system is trying to get rid of via the body’s five emunctory organs. (8)
At this juncture, we then share the Institute’s experience on how to approach and mitigate the “healing crisis’ secondary side effects. Thereafter, we bilaterally fine-tune the last phases of the Holistic Homeostasis Restoration plan of action.
Second panel of Tests
When the client phones back a fourth time, we are at the third week of the Holistic Homeostasis Restoration Program. By then, if the client is compliant with the holsitic plan and motivated, most diseases start to go away.
If the client has the financial means or a dependable insurance plan, he or she can order a second panel of additional tests to confirm biochemically the client’s over-all improvement or lack thereof.
When there is insufficient improvement of key markers and vital signs, we proceed to recommend other tests, including mold and parasite tests, more sophisticated stool tests, imagery (Mri, ultra-sound, CT scans etc), additional immune testing, among other tests.
Week Three or Four
By week four, we should see definite reversal signs of most diseases, whether it be diabetes (especially type 2), cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal and digestive issues like SIBO and Crohn’s disease, mental disorders, neurological problems, cancer, auto-immune diseases and the like.
Depending on what the client wants to accomplish, we either fine tune the holistic lifestyle program or we examine the evidence with regard to the safety, cost-friendliness and efficiacy of conventional and integrative medical options the client feels confortable with, in which case he or she can then see his or her primary care medical doctor in order to work out a credible evidence-based treatment plan.
If this is the case, we will help the client to organize a working dossier of peer reviewed medical options to hand to his or her medical doctor specialist, so that the client and his medical expert can find the medical intervention which is the least harmful and the most restorative.
If the client’s body has been deeply sickened by damaging prescription medication, (9) ionizing and scarring radiation, mutilating surgery, hospital infections (10) environmental pollution, decades of chronic stress, mad-sad eating (11) and the like, the healing process may take a little longer than three or four weeks. This process also depends on the client’s motivation, mind-set, environment, living condition, diet, relationships, genome and micro biome. (12)
Third Testing for Refractory Cases
For the rare cases that are refractory to holistic and happiness restoration plans, we will then help the patient to get other tests, including Genomic Tests, thanks to which a medical doctor specialized in genomics and gene therapy may be able to help.
If the patient does not have insurance or the funds for this specialist, then we will teach him or her how to interpret the genomic testing and find credible solutions to the problem at hand.

Please phone or write to the Institute to get our recommendations on the following:
The relevant Tests for Cancer (See blog on cancer tests)
Testing for Cardiovascular Diseases (See blog on CVD tests)
Testing for auto immunity and immune deficiency
Testing for Gastroenterology (Sibo, IBD Crohn’s Disease etc) (See blog on SIBO tests)
Testing for Neurologial Diseases
Testing for Metabolic diseases
Hormone Saliva Testing
Mri and CT Scan should be used only if really needed, as they can be toxic. When possible, ultrasounds or thermography testing devices are safer. (*)

Other Complementary Tests
Depending on one’s Lifestyle, different organs of the body can age faster and one’s over-all vitality and longevity is affected.
Check out the Institute’s Analysis on the 18 Longevity Biomakers that are relevant insofar as the optimization of a healthy Life-span to 120 years is concerned
If cellular inflammation is too high, the body goes into self-destruction mode, which favors chronic diseases and accelearted aging. If too low, microbes get out of balance and the deleterious ones spread, which promotes all sorts of pathologies.
The C-reactive protein (CRP) test: CRP is an acute phase reactant, a protein made by the liver and released into the blood within a few hours after tissue injury, the start of an infection, or other cause of inflammation. The CRP test is not diagnostic of any condition, but it can be used together with signs and symptoms and other tests to evaluate an individual for an acute or chronic inflammatory condition. The CRP test is also useful to determine if treatment is effective.
CRP may sometimes be ordered along with an erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), another test that detects inflammation. While the CRP test is not specific enough to diagnose a particular disease, it does serve as a general marker for infection and inflammation, thus alerting health practitioners that further testing and treatment may be necessary.
HbA 1 C helps to identify those at an increased risk of developing diabetes as well as to help diagnose diabetes. This test can also be used to help monitor the success of treatment decisions
The following blood sugar measurements are considered healthy and normal according to the American Diabetes Association
A blood test called a lipoprotein panel can help to show whether there is coronary heart disease risks by looking at substances in one’s blood that carry cholesterol. This panel sheds light on Total cholesterol LDL, HDL and Triglycerides. Major Risk Factors That Affect LDL Goal are High blood pressure (140/90 mmHg or higher), low HDL cholesterol (less than 40 mg/dL), prescription medication, among others. While HDL helps to remove “bad” LDL from the arteries, new findings have shown it’s only one type of LDL that is deleterious, the smaller oxidized one. (See Blog for details)
Lipid profile Tests (To Assess Heart Disease Risk)
Blood chemistry tests are groups of tests that measure many chemical substances in the blood that are released from body tissues or are produced during the breakdown (metabolism) of certain substances. These tests are performed on a blood sample. The CBC can help detect blood diseases and disorders, such as anemia, infections, clotting problems, blood cancers, and immune system disorders.
Agreeing to participate in the Institute’s coaching services does not legally constitute a patient-doctor relationship and the Institute refuses any and all liability if the client is not satisfied with results. (See terms).Furthermore, the Institute’s coaching service should be construed as an educational effort to empower the client to better understand the mechanics of his or her body, the mechanisms of diseases and what some of the best International Research has determined to be in terms of proposing healing modalities that are the least damaging, the most efficient and cost-friendly
This website being under construction, there will later be more tests.
(1). The body’s design by default is to feel good. This is what we call “joie de vivre” or enjoyment of life. By not feeling well, there is necessarily some form of deviation from our evolutionary design.
(2). Malbeing is a French philosophical and medical concept (from “mal-être” as opposed to “bien-être”).
(3). Symptomatology is a medical term that stands for the totality of observed symptoms.
(4). See the limitations of allopathic medicine for the statistical evidence regarding these figures.
(5). Lyme Disease testing is often reimbursed by medical insurance. It is a useful test because more and more regions are subject to Lyme infection and millions of American have already been diagnosed with Lyme. Likewise with Thyroid testings, except that most allopathic medical doctors will only order TSH test. If that is the case, and if the client show clinical signs of Thyroid disease, we provide the client the evidence on why the complementary T3, T4 and reverse T testing is often indicated.
(6). Hormones as signaling molecules that govern endocrine organs, neuro-transmitters are signaliing moleculres that govern brain functions and cytokines are signaling molecules that govern the body’s inlammatory response.
(7). A healing crisis results from the activation of the body’s immune system.
(8). The five emunctory organs are the kidneys, the livers, the G.I tract, the lungs and the skin. All of these organs participate in the eliminaton of stored wastes and toxins.
(9). Iatrogenic causes to premature deaths has been estimated to be 250,000 per year in American. Most of theue to prescription drugs. Tens of millions of injuries per year. See Blog on limitation of conventional medicine.
(10). Nosocomial deaths (from hospital infections) have bave been estimated to be around 400,000 per year. Those who have survived have had their vitality and healing repair systems impaired.
(11). Sad = standard american diet. Mad = Modern American Diet. If a governmental “leaders” wanted to sicken and promote early death among Americans, then its decision makers could not do better than with the Official American dietary guidelines, its agriculture subsidy system and its agri-business that is presently promoted. While the Federal dietary guidelines have improved from the last one, it’s still far from being consistent with Science and a healthy Lifespan. See Blog for the evidence.
(12). Some clients say they want to heal, but deep down don’t. This is one of the reasons why medicine is more an art than a science. Needless to say, the Institute will do its upmost to assist the client in restoreing his or her “Joie de Vivre” (enjoyment of Life) as, in the final analysis, happiness is the best medicine.
(*). Evidence has shown a causative relationship between cancers and both mamograms and CT scans. And MRIs have been related to a toxity disease called Gadolinium Deposition Disease, a condition triggered by the gadolinium dye used in MRI scans. Gadolinium is the dye that provides a contrast when a patient undergoes an MRI scan. While its manufacturers claim that the metal is quickly flushed out of the body, independent studies have found that it can linger in the skin, brain and bones for far longer than that. The website GadolimiumToxicity.com lists serious symptoms from this toxicity, like Vision and other ocular problems, Cognitive issues and more. The website explains that most patients start experiencing symptoms within a month of their MRI scan, sometimes within mere hours.
